In anticipation of your special day, we meticulously orchestrate every detail to ensure your guests depart with enduring mementos that encapsulate the essence of your event. Our comprehensive service encompasses crafting bespoke templates featuring your unique branding or personalized text. As an additional touch, we can create a selection of sample illustrations, thoughtfully displayed for your guests to peruse on the day.

For your event day, our team arrives fully equipped, bringing almost everything required to ensure a seamless experience. All we kindly request is access to a table for our setup and, if the event occurs after dark, access to a power source for a lamp. You can count on us to be fully prepared and ready to begin illustrating as your event commences.

As guests start arriving I take photographs of them. Throughout the event, I will create unique illustrations inspired by these photographs. These artful creations can be collected either during the event or at its conclusion. For exclusive VIP gatherings and brand activations, these bespoke illustrations can be thoughtfully incorporated into the event's take-home gift bags, adding an extra touch of distinction.

The Illustrations are completed on A5 high quality 300gsm card stock using a range of mediums including graphic markers, pencil, fine-liners and paint. They are placed in a clear protective sleeve, with a backing board for protection. 

Depending on the number of guests in attendance and the duration of your booking, there might be instances where we are unable to complete sketches for everyone during the event. In such cases, we offer the option to fulfill the remaining sketches for an additional cost after the event, with convenient delivery to your guests' doorsteps.
